The Little Ship Club on Stradbroke Island will be the venue for the Travelling Blues & Roots Festival on Sunday, May 4th. The best laid plans of course … originally Dik Martini was planning to run this event on the 3rd, but due to unforeseen circumstances he’s had to move it to the 4th.
We wish everyone who goes a great day of music with: Hat Fitz and Itchy, Dirt Music (Coogee Timms and Friends), Martini 66, Blonde on Blue, Claira Durbidge, Pippy Lips, Quandamooka and Paula Boo. And then there’s The Straddies, Plus Two, and the Marmajukes from Stradbroke Island and from nearby Shag Rock.
Gates open at 10.00am and you can get there on the Gold Cat from Cleveland. The last Cat back to the mainland is at 11.30pm. Sounds fantastic.
